i know this isnt serverside, but i have modded in some sportscars to bf1942 (nissan 350z, lambo murcielago, etc.) but i dont know how to give them textures, or how to make the windows clear......
could someone please give me some help?

yeah its in game and driving ;-)
it came with colours on it in gmax yeah,

heres a shot of the 350Z still not 100% right, but first one ive done

ok, ive tried to do stuff in gmax but it aint working
so im probably gonna download the 3ds max trial this weekend

i think you could just go to the katysha thing and take the info from the turret and replace the defgun stuff with it, if that makes sense, ive never tried tho :neutral:

couldnt you use the mesh and textures of the willy to make a static object :?
that way you can still have that unit functionable on that map

Im making a client side mod, and ive created the object, but when i start a game, the object (aston martin DBR9) just flies off into the air and explodes when it hits the ground.... :cry:
Does anyone know what ive done wrong/how to fix this problem?
