Answered all my own questions . This shows the code you need for making death bubbles over uncaps and locking enemy planes.

I've taken the stock maps (conquest mode ONLY), and made the uncappable flags off-limits to enemies. Planes slowly die, enemy planes are locked, and vehicles/infantry die almost immediately. I've been thinking about that, and I've come up with an idea, but it's WAAAAY outside the box. It may be possible bind the bubbles to flags. On El Alamein for instance, maybe you could bind the spawn that kills the Allies to each of the flags, and have them cover the Axis base. There would actually ...
