each position is followed by six decimal points that belong to it.

EX:
position- 485.51001040.2000011189.349876
translates to: 485.510010/40.200001/1189.349876

what you've done basically is spawn apaches that belong to the allied team in the axis base. that's why they don't repair at the axis hanger. change the Object.setTeam 2 to 1 on those spawners in the Objectspawns.con file, then change the "team 1" spawner in the Objectspawntemplates.con from a Mi24d...
