I did a Mod to Battleaxe and had the same results. I tested it on a 40 person server when it was full and about 10 people would drop out at start up. Usually I would drop out even if I had the modded map in my levels folder then it would take about 3 attempts to rejoin before I would get in and stay...

I played on a server that had self healing DPVs. If the DPV took minor damage it would repair it self as you drove along.
