I want to make V2 missiles using the V2s the SWoWWII Xpack already has (in the map Hellendoorn Objective Mode, you can actually blow them up). Is making these V2s mobile just a matter of creating an engine for them (in a new Physics.con file)?

No matter what I do I just can't host a server on my comp with a dynamic IP. I can't even connect to my router to open the ports. What's the problem?

There's only one IP showing, and it's the one I posted. Unless it's the "DNS Servers" IP, which in my case are 24.200.241.37 and 24.201.245.77. So confusing.

Or make the projectiles PCOs with engines in a Physics.con file and make it have the velocity of a bullet or w/e you want...
