Is there anyway to put flags in a large vehicle, such as a carrier, and have it stay on the vehicle when it moves?

When following the "prepping files" in basic tutorials I click "build RFA" on cruchan's explorer, go thru the instructions, and hit save, the no for opening the built rfa, and get a "range check error" message. I try clicking on any .con's and it says "can not open...

well the capture time is going to be increased dramatacally allowing ample time for opposing team to swarm on the flag. and people only spawn on the vehicle in this map.

First: i got ed42, never had a problem with it. It just takes a bit getting used too-keyboard shortcuts are the key. Second: Iced, i usually use the circle setting, set on "tiny". Use the road texturing mode. You may have to go over it a few times. Third: Matthew, what program are you usin...
