We were wanting to shrink the flag radius on the sea flags on midway. Is the center of the sphere at the flag position, or the bottom of the sphere.
If its the center then lowering the flag should allow it "shrink" the size of the radius. no thing is visisble, but its the sea.

I added the elco to team 3 hoping that the reason the AA_Allies wouldn't stick was because they were on different teams. I couldnt change the destroyer, becuase noone will be able to spawn on it. Urglab, I tried that code with the AA_Allies on team three. I can spawn the object, but it doesnt hold to the boats. Sits in the air.
